Question about PB routine

OK I got this routine from another thread and I had to change it up a bit...Would this still be effective?

Mon - Legs
Squats - 1x8, 1x4
Leg Press - 1x20
Calf press on Leg press machine - 2x20

Wed - Chest/Delts/Tris
Flat wide grip - 2x6
Incline press - 2x6
Reverse close grip bech - 2x8-10
Side Lateral raises - 2x10

Fri - Back
Deads - 2x6
Bent over rows - 2x4
Reverse close grip pulldowns - 2x6
DB curls - 2x8
 
Thanks, after all the fancy exercises with no gains I have changed my triaining ways.

I was curious if I could replace pull ups with pull downs? And which way should my palms be facing?

And lastly what I can do instead of these? pull throughs, glute/ham raises, and reverse hypers???
 
well i would keep the pull throughs..

keep the same format and you can change up your exercises fairl frequently and see which ones give you better results..
 
My gym doesnt have the equipment for pull throughs, g/h raises, or reverse hypers.

What about the pull ups? can I use pull downs instead? and which way should my palms be facing?

I had to change gyms for a little while due to my financial situation.

your gym doesnt have a cable station?

chins/pull-ups are better than pull downs but use them all at some point and see how they work for you..you can face your palms either way
 
Nope it doesn't have a cable station, I had to move from Golds to my recreation center because of a check I never received, it sucks but it's only for about a month or two. I'm trying to make the best of what I have.
 
well in the mean time i would do some arched back goodmornings as well as hit some ham string work and back raises..
