Hey guys,
Current stats: Age: 29, Height: 5'9, Weight: 211, BF%: 20ish
Macros have been: 203 carbs, 158 protein, 40 fat
I am starting to think that my metabolism is basically shot. I have been in a deficit for probably 8 months or so.
I am currently down to about 1800 calories, and I am not losing much fat.
A month ago I started my first cycle, sust 350mg every 3 days and 40mg anavar daily. My buddies told me my repair rate and energy at the gym should be through the roof. Although I have noticed power increases, I basically fall off energy wise after about 20 minutes of lifting.
The question I have is, from most reading I have done online, people are saying to slowly up calories 200 or so per day, per week. This is to not shock the body, so that your extra calories won't get stored as fat.
I was wondering if this still held true while on gear.
