So I'm pretty young and have had some pretty unpleasant thoughts about the future..I see that the united states looks like were facing another recession ..if were not already in one ..

But my question to all of you that are on testosterone for life. What happens when we go into an economic and government crash?

Will are medication still be available?

Will the it be impossible to get the testosterone?
Or will it just be severely over priced?

I have tried restarting with HCG and clomophine..but had no success.
Do you think there will ever be a "CURE" for low testosterone? To completely not worry about it?

If those types of days ever come we who suffer from low T will not even be on the list of those who are hurting the worst. We can survive without our meds .... the same cannot be said for everyone.

You don your camo, grab your AR and a sharp knife and start harvesting testicles. :yumyum:

Seriously, I do worry about this a little and don't have a great solution. I did take the step to have restart meds on hand.

I am ready for the zombie apocalypse. I store extra vials. I will raid the pharmacies in my area first. And I will take HGH straight out of the zombie pituitaries. Gotta have a plan guys. The zombies are coming.

Or you could just move to Canada. Whichever is easier Straight beast.

Restarts have always motivated me for that reason. You dont even need an economic collapse for a shortage of pharmaceutical T. There are periods here that I know of where T is back ordered and no pharmacy has any o n hand for a month or two usually.
This is most distressing.
if such a collapse comes low T guys will be brought to their knees as will diabetics and cpap machine users.
Heck we had power outages here last dec during the coldest time of year. No heat, no elec. And eating canned foods for 4 days. I imagine an ecnomic collapse would be more severe.
I advise you to try a restart and retry and retry before hoping on TRT which is for life.

My body can still make T at 500 ng/dl with HCG.
I thank the good lord for this.
If you know your body can still make T its not uncommon to pull yourself off TRT every 18 months and try a restart.
Cashout did this and Dr. Scally recommends this to his patients.

Since when are we in another recession? Oh well, either way. There will always be sources. I personally hoard about 6 months worth. I also keep a restart protocol on hand. But my thoughts relate more to pharmaceutical issues more than economy.

Recession? The market is doing great for me. If this gets as bad as you postulate, we will have much worse problems to deal with that TRT. Like for example. food.... Just saying.

How long can testosterone cypionate last in a vial that has never been opened... I read that a guy had 3 vials he had never used for 18 years...he said it worked great.. How long is testosterone able to last at maximum time..

I feel like it will definetly work but be less potent for sure..

I will store so many vials and syringes its not even funny.

I will be able to have enough to live long enough until I'm to old to even care.. But now I care..

Please try to be serious with the above question.
The complete Maximum life of a un opened bottle ..
Thanks fellas

My comment is more towards the aspect of being on TRT for life. I think TRT is a great option so that you can avoid low T symptoms for your whole life.

In terms of economy, everybody spends money on different things I think prioritizing and creating a budget would help alleviate unnecessary spending so your money can go to the things that matter such as family, mortgage, TRT :D

1) Stock pile Test
2) Stockpile a bunch of Clomid/Toremifene
3) Stop worrying, the chance of this happening is very, very slim
4) Stockpile a bunch of Nebido if you are super worried about it...

Never left the recession actually. The "recovery" propaganda the news pushes has worse economic markers than the "recession" did in terms of real inflation, unemployment, debt ratios, etc...

..and the market overall is not doing well in relation to cost of living. It's only going up in cost... along with everything else. Just because a stock requires 20% more dollars to buy doesn't mean it's gone up in value if everything else requires ~20% more dollars to buy over the same period.

But like you said - there will always be sources. I'd just stockpile a years worth of stuff, which would give plenty of time to find more if/when needed :)

Excellent question. You are pretty much fucked unless you stockpiled a lifetime supply of test like megatron. It's one of the reasons i'm iffy about trt. You just never know what could happen to your source.

TRT docs can retire, pass away etc. They are human after all. Thats why you should make sure your condition is also noted by your GP and that he is sympathetic to your low T.
If you are seeing just an anti aging doc to optimize your low normal T. Your GP might not be supportive and could very well get you to go through that dreaded BASELINE in order to " reassess".
Pharmacies can run real low and not have any at all. It happened 2 years ago to me and just last month it happened to me again. Pharmacist told me he called every pharmacy there was and the stuff is backordered till June 1st. And mone available till then. 2 years ago there was not even HCG available at my pharmacy for a couple months.

I believe with stem cell research and gene therapy, there is hope for regenerating testicular tissues in the future. Maybe you can even grow some testicles in a lab and get a transplant. It is definitely possible, but there has to be a financial incentive.

How bout a hypothalamus/pituitary transplant if the T deficiency is secondary ?
I dont think that will work too well.
Even if they transplanted healthy testicles into a hypogonadal man, that would still be a VERY complicated process.
