Question on the reconstitution of hcg with bacteriostatic water

Bro I am going to use hcg in my second cycle. I have 5000iu for one vial. I am going to inject 250iu per week. So how many ml of bacteriostatic water should I mix with hcg? Some says 5 ml but some says 10 ml. I am a bit confused. Please give me some advice. Thank you for sharing.
