I normally take ~80g of Waxy Maize immediately after training, then 30 minutes later come home and have 25g whey and 25g casein. I've got about 6-8lbs of Maltodextrin left over and was wondering if it would be beneficial to add ~50g to my protein shake 30 minutes follwing the MW?
BTW, just ordered a custom blend from TP consisting of 50% Hydrolyzed Casein / 50% Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration for PWO.
