It all depends on your training history, cycle history if you have one, diet, etc etc. Everyone's different - there is no exact weightin squats/bench/dead for a certain weightclass.
Depends a lot on height, bodyfat, and training experience. If you are 6'2" 200 lbs and 20% bodyfat you probably shouldnt lift anywhere near as much as if you were say 5'8" 8% bodyfat.
yea long legs and long arms can have alot to do w these things as well. Im blessed w nice short tight and lean genetics. Some people will be a sloppy 200 and arent gonna as strong as the person w leaner stronger genetics.
