Hi,

Recently I've lost aprox 12lbs of fat! Everywhere apart from my chest seems to look smaller, so my question is.. How do you and what is the best way to loose fat from the chest area?

Recently my routine is weights 4 times per week (full body gets done) and I do light cardio twice a week ie 20-25 min medium pace run

Is there something i could take to loose the fat from this area or maybe a new exercise of some sort? any help would be greatly appriciated!
 
Congrats on the weight loss! I know I cant really spot reduce fat but, i do all my lifting at a faster more cardio speed and that has been working awesome for me. Especially on the bench I just started pausing (but not relaxing) at the bottom of the move and my chest has been getting really defined. :)

Yeah i know what your saying, like when on bench press hold the strain of the weight for a little while when the weight is down by your chest! ill give this a try over the next few weeks and hopefully i will see some results from it!

hmm...Kind of no way to spot reduce fat that I know about. If that were the case...Id have an 8 pack..lol. I would just up your cardio..be ing that you said you do "light cardio".
Have you tried any fat burners? I heard Hydroxycut works a bit. Good Luck:biggthump
 
Heavy weights low reps. My chest is lagging too and it's frustrating as hell. Mostly my lower pecs, been hitting decline fly's and decline DB's in addition to my decline bench. Just not developing the way I'd like to see it .
 
Try doing chest twice a week. When I started doing chest twice a week it helped. First chest day all barbells and cable. Second chest day all dumbbells.

Yes i have tried clen i did a 3 week course seen minimal results from them really, but they did work slighty. I have got my main loss from cutting carbs right down and just been on mainly a protien diet.

i agree it is very frustrating! i can feel the fat behind my nipples, exactly as your saying same place for me lower peck area.

I could fit chest in twice a week, ill use your routine and give this a try.
