Ok I used to be very fit and into fitness then i broke my neck about 2 years ago and everything went to the wayside. Now im fat again and NOT HAPPY! im 6'0 and weigh 195 and its not muscle! I have done cycles in the past however have completely forgotten what dosages i took and when. Anyone out there that can help me? Also I would like to know how i can get the best bang for the amount of time i have in the gym which is unfortunately not very much at all I am going to school double time. Due to my neck I am told by MD's not to run...is the eliptical going to get me the results of sheding the fat off or do i need to go against medical advice and run anyways? Im also not suposed to lift over 50 lbs any other suggestions for that? Or did this neck thing just totaly screw my chances of having my body i once had? Thanks so much!!!! oh & this is what i have... 10mg anavar 10mg winstrol and i think 25mg clen? I have the higher dose of clen than the norm. They are all in tablet form. *If someone wants to be REALLY nice and has time I would love a basic meal plan type thing I really cant beleive how much you forget after just a few years of not training!
