OK, been training with weights for about 4-years (started at 30) am currently working with husband in a GVT program, deads 10X10 or 5X5 (depending on the day), bench, shoulder press, squats, Romanians-again all 10x10 or 5x5 volumes-and really dig this style of lifting, espeically given the busy holiday schedules.
Anyway, my stats:
5'4 approx 131 and approx 17% bf
Now I ran hdrol a year and a half ago thinking (after a lot of research) since it was the only "legal" option out there and the most 'mild' PH/AAS compound with minimal androgenic sides. I understand that hdrol converted to turinabol at a 5% rate, so I ran 25mgs (one cap) thinking I'd get 1.25 mgs of converted Turinabol. Again going by "internet" research, I was hesitant to run any higher of a dose.
I put on 11lbs while running it, and my lifts DEFINITELY went up. Problems were, when I came off I had the most painful and deep acne EVER. My period didn't show up for a few weeks, and well I lost nearly all gains it seemed (extra cellular water I guess?).
Therefore I am reluctant to try Anavar (var) since I don't want to experience any of that again.
My favorite side was the way sex felt, OMG it was amazing!!
We have 3-bottles of Anavar (var) from Biotech labs here at the house (husband and I).
I just stopped taking bc 2-weeks ago and WOW my skin looks tighter already, and way less puffy. I almost look like I've been "dieting" as things look a bit harder.
My diet is fairly on point with infrequent cheats, as the holiday season is the toughest.
Breakfast (preworkout wake up meal); 2/3 cup of oats, 1/4 cup boiled cranberries, a sprinkle of crushed almonds (less than a gram), 1 scoop scivation protein powder all mixed together.
I use Anavar (var) ious pre-workout stims before lifting, and drink Extend while lifting.
Post workout = Waxy maize (1-scoop) and 1.5 scoops scivation protein powder
I will eat another 4-meals throughout the day, and my caloric intake is about 1800-2K and macros of approx C-40% P-40% F-20%
We are thinking about starting to try having children in about 8-10 months.
I was wondering:
1. Can I (if I decide to) run 5mg Anavar (var) for 6-8 weeks, and then be safe to try and conceive by next fall/late summer?
2. Will Anavar (var) REALLY put on lean muscle? Or is
the test just a means to lift heavier and more intense which MAY increase lean muscle tissue?
3. Will I breakout really bad again? I have a clear complexion with one blotch (as a result of the Hdrol) and want to avoid what happened with the Hdrol.
Any input would be great.
