Resistance Abs 3 x 10

Squat 3 x 6-10

Leg Press 2 x 15

Good-Morning or Stiff-Legged Deadlift 2 x 8

Calf Raise RP 2 x 15/30

first question on some of the lifts

lateral raises, im guessing front laterals
laying tricep extensions, are these skull crushers.
supiated grip pull downs, whats that,
glute/ham raise whats that

what do u guys think of this workout,
its seems like it missing some stuff though,
like side and rear delts, and traps.

this is a great workout. i just switched to it. if there are some lifts you wanna do that are not there do a 3 week rotation.

lateral raises - yes-or to the side your choice.

tricep extensions-yes skull crushers

supinated- reverse grip. do supinated pull ups instead ( underhand).

glute ham raise-machine.

my gym doesnt have a glut ham raise machine. any suggestions
