My syringe is in militliters so im trying to convert this here. 1 mililiter = roughly 250 mg correct?

yeah man... 1ml could be anywhere from 50-600 mgs. it is specific to each bottle. say you have... "test E 300" then its 300 mg per ml.
remember too if using a luer lock or a syringe where the needle detaches there will be 1/10th a ML left in the top of the syringe.I use the same syringe and change the needle cause you will end up wasting 1 ml per 10 ml bottle.
