Quick Question - Help!

hello guys, for the past 2 weeks ive been getting a friend to inject 2ml/500mg of test e once every week, as i have a massive phobia of needles, but i decided today to pin myself, i managed to pin 1ml as i was shaking like a *beech* .. was just wondering can i now pin another 1ml straight after? thanks

I would do 1ml 2x a week. Sun/wed or mon/thur. This will keep your blood levels stable

Haha he's right you will never forget your first time. Defiantly pin 2x a week. Try getting comfortable pinning your delts and quads it's much easier.
