Ive Been taking it since the begining of febuary with creatine and i have not seen any strength gains yet or any kind of visible changes. i take 40mgs ed. shouldnt i see some kind of gains of some kind by now.

you should see some. i didn't know qv Anavar (var) was available THAT early. if you got real qv Anavar (var) it tested really well, overdosed in fact.

hmm...that's interesting. You should have noticed atleast something by now. Like the others asked, how's your diet?

Keep in mind that oxandrolone itself is a mild anabolic, and you shouldn't expect anything drastic. 280mg/wk of a fairly weak anabolic isn't a whole helluva lot.

Still, you should be noticing some decent strength gains and positive body composition changes.

I think that my diet is fine i eat alot. I try to keep high calories but low fat. But it might be good to me but i might be wrong. So what do you guys think would be a ideal diet for me while just on var.

i weigh 210
height 5'11
not sure what my body fat is. please help

are you looking to bulk up or loose bf? You might want to check into the ckd diet if you are trying to loose fat and preserve muscle at the same time.

did anyone ask about the workouts, its not safe to assume he is working out correctly. maybe 10 percent of the men in my gym train hard and correctly. plus 280mg a week isnt much, how bout an injectable to stack it with?

Possibly...

But I'd imagine that QV would put out a very high quality product (especially an expensive item such as var) atleast for awhile. The first few batches would have to be decent quality to establish a solid reputation for the product. If the product quality goes south, it wouldn't be quite this soon IMO. Overall, I think QV is a solid company anyways.
