Raloxifene help

Im looking for some help guys. I am total dumb noob. About 2 years ago I took a "questionable supplement" and off the top I have no idea what it was, and I have been battling gyno for about a year now. My treatment of choice was liquid letro and then liquid tamox. It worked like a charm and had me back to normal...a while. However it came back... I hear Raloxifene works wonders and that it even prevents gyno from returning. I plan on getting liquid Raloxifene through RUI. Please advise liquid dosing and how long to take it and if there is anything else that I should take to help eliminate gyno, prevent it from returning and can help my levels return to normal.

Please help. I have no idea who else to ask about this.

Best,
Dumbnoob

a combo of ralox and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like letro is great for shrinking gyno with high estro.

but if it is old or developed you may only have an option of cutting it out by a doc.

I would DEFF rec trying the ralox and see before that of course, just pointing out that there is a possibility that it may not fully go away.

as for dose i see 60-80mg ed being a good spot, but keep in mind it may take months to reverse gyno so you need to give it time. its not like a 3 or 4 week post cycle therapy (pct). Studies on tamox and ralox are 6 months in duration for gyno that I have seen.

I wish you the best of luck.

ps. I would get blood work to check estro levels, if they are high i may rec adding also an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to the ralox treatment, though if off of all aas it should not be an issue, but i would still check.

Thanks for the advice. I've been on letro before and it was really hard on the body. You feel terrible on it. I've seen people suggest raloxifene along with ADT.

To be honest, I'd rather not involve a physician. My estrogen levels must be high or gyno would not be taking place. I'm confident raloxifene will eliminate the gyno. But is there anything I can take to get my levels balanced after raloxifene treatment?
FYI - my gyno is very mild, but I notice it and sensitive to touch.

the thing is you may have gyno because its been developed and is set/old, regardless of estro levels.
but at same time you may have high levels and not fixing that issue is sort of pointless because it will/can come back.
you dont need to tell him about supp/aas use, maybe just tell him you have noticed this issue over the last year and dont know why and you would like a blood test.

you could try letro at a lower dose like 0.25-0.6mg eod or 1.2mg e3d.
most that have issue with letro dont understand how strong/effective it is and use too much or too often.

but i rec just the ralox first to see how you do.
and if the symptoms come back after you stop... then i feel you sort of need the blood test, and if estrogen is not high and its just due to being developed.... surgery may be the option. (if the gyno bothers you that much)

Like I said ive been on letro and tamoxifen before and it was completely gone. And then as time went it on it's slowly returned.

Thanks for the advice I'm looking forwad to blasting it with raloxifene.
So you think I should do 60mg Ed for how long?
How many bottles do I need to buy?
