Rastas' 3J Experience - Recomp/Bulk/Cut/Contest!

I just thought I'd take the time out to sit down and write a little review about my experience in working with 3J over the past 12 months. I signed up with 3J initially to get some much needed guidance on my diet, as most of those on here have done. I started training at a different gym and that's when I figured it was about time I entered a bodybuilding contest. So I let 3J know my plans and we stepped things up a notch. With a background in powerlifting, I knew how to gain weight, but quality is what I was after. This is where the big man knows his stuff. 3J's going to put some photos up that show my transformation. I started off at approximately 98kg and then bulked to at my heaviest 110kg. I stepped on stage at about 89kg and placed 3rd in my category. So if you're after motivation and want to make a change in your routine and fix your diet, contact 3J and tell him your story. He'll be able to cater to your needs and is extremely quick with his email responses. I'll be seeking out his services again come my next competition. I couldn't have done it without him.

3j is the man! i cant tell you how much i wish i would have found him sooner. the money i spent with him heavily outways any $ i ever spent on gear. 3j is where you go when your ready to step up your game.

3j I have a question. I just competed myself and I am working on my post show diet, but still holding a lot of water for the past week or so. I have added about 100g of carbs the first week after my show from my pre contest diet and the 2nd week I added 50g more am I on the right track cz I knw eventually I will need to add more protein and fats to balance the diet out? Any advice? Or do you need my macros for further assistance?

macros would be great.. you have the right idea slowly adding calories.. but you havn't iven me your goals for this post show diet..

as you should expect, your gonna bloat after the show.. hard dieting like that causes a hypervolumic phase that your body holds on to just about anything it can.. its actually very anabolic and you should take advantage of it

guys i have taken down pics per OP's request to black out the face for privacy reasons.. the pics will be back up later today after being edited

Ok for non training days I had pro- 268g, carb- 105g fats- 41g and training day p- 296g, c- 187g, f-28g and this macros are based on two weeks out diet. For my show I came in at 155lbs. So I added 100g of carbs the first week and 50g the next I think with the 50g I'm going to stay on for an extra week cz I have to wait three hrs to eat cz if I eat before the three hrs I feel bloated and gassy. My off season goals are to clean bulk because to get contest ready I lost a total of 109lbs and that took a lot of work

so the first place to start is to find your total daily energy expenditure.. the process is in my free diet advice sticky.. post 1

Ok thanks Ive done that already so as far as macros and ratios go for example 40/40/20 p/c/f once my caloric intake is met and Its time to increase calories I'd just keep adding calories with either p/c/f that are off balance in the ratio?
