RBC count TOO HIGH to donate

Been on approximately 125 -150mg of test every 4 days for the past 17 weeks. I am traveling throughout Ecuador . I went to donate blood and they said RBC IS 10% too high to b allowed to ddonate.
It is also increased ( along with the test)because I'm at a super high elevation this mth which increases rbc.
Any suggestions on how to lower RBC?
If it Comes to it I may have to just stop my test, wait 10 days, do a 2 week blast of HCG , wait a couple of days and do a 6 week of clomid and adex.
I don't imagin that it is worth the health risks associated with a high rbc count.

Pay for a therapeutic phlebotomy. That should be pretty cheap in Ecaudor.

Drinking a lot of water will help a bit too if you try to go back.

Paying small bribes normally works extremely well in Ecuador.

10% too high would mean a HCT of ~.60? Is that even possible on that dose of test? Do you know exactly what your HCT was?

Regardless, the solution to the problem has been mentioned above by Mega. You will need a phlemobotomy which your TRT doc should be prescribing you.

The nurse never spoke much English but just wrote down for me that 52% is acceptable to donate and that mine was 60%.
The city that I'm staying in this month is 8400ft. which is supposed to increase RBC and combine that with my test dose....
I'm gonna get blood work done on the 27th so I should have some more answers by then and will definitely get a prescription for the phlebotomy.
As I'm writing this I also remember that I have my HCG mixed with a vitamin B complex and I think that B vitamin increases RBC as well. I'll haveta just store it with water after this month.
Thanks for the advice

Is there a reason you are blasting?
Yes...high RBC is directly a result of a high Testosterone level.
B vitamins, iron, zinc increase RBC.
You are going to get yourself into a lot of trouble.
LOWER the dose!!!!

OK. I'll drop down to 100mg/5days and stop mixing my HCG with the Bvitamin and living at 8400ft this month has an impact also so after I get bloodwork on the 27th I'll b sure to test again when I leave altitude.
