If you were to buy a 1000ml stericup filter could this be used to filter more then one product, as in 250ml test e 250ml test p and so on? how would you do this, is it as simple as changing the reciever flask for each product?

Technically speaking, I have a 'friend' who reuses his and has no issues whatsoever. You can run a bit of oil thru them if you want but as long as the filter is in tact and not torn, blown out, crinkled up, or what not, you should be fine.
best thing to do though is buy 500ml cups and just make batches that way... as to not make so many passes thru the one filter. Hope that made sense.
