So my roommates been questioning about my diet mainly because i get up 4 hours after i been sleeping just to eat agian very little carbs and some precooked egg whites then I go back to bed, he questions this because he says metabolism is very low so why bother? I figured the only reason metabolism gets low while we're asleep is because we don't eat during those 8-12 hours that we're sleeping but I don't want to give him false information and me being wrong so I figured I'd ask yall.
