Really Confused!! Need Help

i need someone to give me good workrout routine ...in the last couple years my gains have stopped and i plateaued quie abit....i used to go to the gym like 6 daysa week.. my objective is to gain mass ..i heard alot of things about the full body workouts and 3 - 4 dat split routines....some feedback would be great ..any programs or info would be greatly appreciated.....
 
heavy compound movements done for low reps is the recipe for mass . forget all the isolation movements , concentration excercises , etc. . stick with squat/bench/deadlift/row/variations of presses/etc.

i agree with you 100% on sticking with the compound movements too build mass. but were alot of the confusion comes in is guy's telling people that
we also need all of the isolation stuff which i think kinda of works againist
what someone is trying to do and that is build MASS and STRENGTH!

build a fondation first then worry about all the little details last.
