really need help!!!

123 To 160 is a big improvement you should be happy about that, this shit takes alot of hard work, dedication, and serious discipline, that's why most guys only dream of looking good but never get their. It takes time bro but sounds like your making good progress working out is the easy part and 6 days a week sounds like you could be overdoing it, also you have to eat the right foods not just any foods. You can easily eat 5000 calories a day if your diet consists of big macs and pizza, ya the scale will read big numbers but it will all be body fat and that's exactly what your not trying to gain, keep it clean keep the protein high and by next year you will be where you want to be, steroids wont help you, sorry sounds like the easy way out and I know its tempting but at your age you really don't need them and they will do more harm then good, not worth it.

What does a normal day of eating look like for you? In other words what did you eat yesterday, be honest and include macros and total calories, need to see what you been doing to find out where you need help.

first meal: 2 paronthe ( indian pitas) (really heavy and oily) and lots of yogurt

inbetween first and second meal ( prob after 2 hours of first mean): 2 bananas , 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 orange, and a buddle tea

second meal(3 pm): opa chicken wrap with fries ( i know shouldn't have got the fries)

had no time in between cuz i was studying for exam that i had today

4th meal ( dinner around 10 pm) : 5 slices of chicken pizza ( again shouldn't have ate pizza but mom was sick and couldn't make me food and i honestly dont know shit about cooking
 
Not going to lie bro that's just awful!! Your pretty much eating everything you shouldn't be, I don't know the macros off hand but im guessing a shit load of sugar and simple carbs, everything you don't want!! Go to diet section and read read read, look at some sample diets, look at what a serious body builder eats in a day you don't have to copy that but at least it gives you an idea. Are you indian? I ask cause of some of your foods like all the yogurt and Nan? Anyway I love indian food and one of my favorites that I eat almost everyday is butter chicken with basmati rice.
 
I LOve me some indian food too! but if its in your best interest to grow and be lean, check out the diets on here ,stay w clean bodybuilding foods. Check diet forum. keep it up:)
