Reasoning and theories on site injection localized growth?

What are some theories and reasoning behind why you think site injections would or wouldnt cause localized growth?

I remember reading this one. . .

Stretching the fascia out and making room for more muscle growth (although i think youd need more than 1cc to get any kind of fascia stretching action)

Also, i have been told you can inject in different areas of the same muscle you have hit, a few inches apart
Example: all the way up the outer part of the quad (vastus lateralis/quad sweep). (NOT different heads of a muscle)

they would because there is oil in the mixture and it has a slight synthol like property.

That would make results very temporary due to oil being obsorbed within days. Some believe it cause permanent growth. Was curious some reasons people believe this to be true, and possibly some scientific outlook on this.

yes effects will be temporary if we are talking about something average....like injecting 2 cc's worth of oil per week....thats nothing. But daily and eod injections in smaller muscles for long periods of time should defenitally stretch your muscles, even if the oil is removed faster then synthol oil......the consistency of the shots will maintain some oil in the injected sites. That is the only way I know actual growth could happen....(well of course + synthol) ...oil stretching muscle giving it more 'space' for growth.
