Reassessing My Routine

Currently this is my routine,
Monday - Back
Tuesday - Shoulders n Bi's
Wed - Chest
Thurs - Legs n Tri's
Friday Rest -
Saturday Restart Routine

I am currently training for bulk and seem to have maybe hit a little patch were i am nt gaining as much, would i possible benefit from a heavy full body workout, 3 days a week rather then my current routine, or is it just me being impatient.

My diet is sound as its done by a nutritionist which helps a great deal.

Any advice would be great thank-you
 
I never work shoulders and chest on
consecutive days. (front delt is toasted)
I don't train any arms on leg day either.
Here is my routine right now. This works
well for me.

mon- back, bi's
tue - chest, tri's
Wed -legs, calves
thur - shoulders, abs
Fri- arms, forearms
weekend-off
