Recent bloods

I have my blood results. These were my independent blood draws. Dr. will only see this if I want him to.

My test is off the charts compared to what it used to be, but estadiol has also almost doubled. I applied 5gms AndroGel 1 hour before the blood draws. Is this why test and estadriol are so high? BTW, I feel like a million bucks 90% of the time now.

Should I be worried about the high estadiol, or is my improved T:E ratio a better indicator?

My plan:
-ask to switch to injections (gel is expensive, PITA, transferrable)
-see how that works
-If estrogen continues to be too high, I'll get an AI.
-I'll ask about hCG when my boys start shrinking (they haven't yet)

I'm getting my "official" blood draws done this monday morning. I'm going to skip applying the AndroGel for those draws.

Looks good. It's off the charts for that lab some labs have a larger "normal" range.

You need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) now. Try to get it down to mid 20s.

Good advice MOPAR. Kick the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in and get it under control now while it'll be easy to tweak out.

On a side not - your LH has not gone down but has actually risen. I know that has nothing to do with your e2 levels but very interesting. Usually, your LH decreases as you add exogenous testosterone (without Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) since Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) mimics LH) because your body is shutting down.

Is androgel the only thing you are on?

Ok, if I present these bloods to my uro and request a referral to the endo, won't he flip that 5gms of AndroGel is setting my test that high? He's already told me that he's not qualified to give me an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and won't test for estogen on his own (test, LH, FSH only).

And yes, 5gms AndroGel (1%) daily.
Creatine, multi vitamin, fish oil, glucosamine/MSM, BCAAs, protein powder.
I've recently reduced my caffeine intake to ~100mg a day, down from 400mg+ on workout days.

Regarding the higher LH, I figure that my natty production still hasn't shut down, which is why my boys still 95%+ their normal size.

I'm just trying to gauge how he'll react when he sees my test over 1k. I'm almost positive he'll throw out some BS like "well why not only use half the gel pack, or come off altogether?"
