Thanks! My diet believe it or not , is Medifast program. W some extra protein down to 178 from 198 and trying to go to 170 . I consume only about 1500 calories per day. eating a small medifast meeal every 3 hours. And one lean and Green meal in PM . Feel great ,alot leaner. Still on 3iu hgh per day,and proviron.

Bro - that's great - you made huge progress so far. Keep it going till your ripped up - then work on adding muscle! BTW- Nice Avitar - I'm jealous....
