Want to do a better 4 day split, but majority of people still state im a beginner. However I think im more moderate, or tad higher. Saw some where it was Tri/Chest, Bicep/Back, Rest, Shoulders , Legs, Rest, Rest also have saw Upper,Lower, Rest,Upper,Lower, Rest,Rest
