Recomp cycle prop/tren/dbol or prop/npp/winny

Hello guys,

Stats : 5'8 ; 186lbs ; BF 12%~

Was originally planning to run prop/tren/dbol, but now wondering maybe prop/npp/winny would be better for recomp ?

My main goal is to add few lbs of some lean mass and shred a few percent of bf

So the cycles would be :

1) 1-7 Prop 125mg/eod
1-6 Tren 75mg/eod
1-4 Dbol 30mg/ed

2) 1-7 Prop 125mg/eod
1-6 NPP 300mg/week
4-7 Winstrol (winny) 50mg/day

Which one would you choose? l Have used both tren and npp. Npp gave me much more water gain than tren, on the other hand when l was on tren l was looking the best in my life.

Also thinking to add T3 @ 25mg ed for first 3-4 weeks then replace it with clen the other weeks, what you think is it worth it?
 
if your wanting to burn some fat, get urself some blue tops at 4iu a day. that will do alot more than clen or t3 IMO
 
the first cycle u outline is a much better option for your goals... I would just suggest that u run it 8 weeks and maybe bump the prop/tren doses up slightly (maybe 100 tren/150 prop eod)

blue tops (gh) are mentioned for fat loss... well gh is a good addition to a cut, but gh has to be run at much more than 4iu (I would say 8iu+) per day and for 6 months+ to see any of those effects
