Reconstituting HGH and HCG question

Hey guys, I must be doing something wrong here. Every time I try to reconstitute HCG/HGH I load the syringe with water, insert the needle in the bottle I am reconstituting and the water fires out. Am I doing something wrong or is the only way to stop the flow by holding it by hand?

Right, I guess I am asking about the technique used to drip the water on the side of the vial instead of blasting the powder.

Pierce the vial at an angle. The bacteriostatic water can stream out as long as it's hitting the side of the vial, not the hormone.

Edit: Even then, I really wonder if directly hitting the hormone really does reduce efficacy.
