Hey Guys. Im at week 9 on nebido.
The first shot second week my testosteron was meassured at 35nmol wich translates into above high, believe its 1300.
The last week of my first shot "week 6" testosteron came out at 16nmol and i felt horrible...
Remember i am a former athlete, and im primary hypogondonal due to chemotherapy and a testicle removed. Nevertheless me and my doc are adjusting dosages along the way and hopefully will be adjusted to run at around 35-20.- just an update on that
- As for the topic.
Before starting TRT i was towards the higher end of RBC. At week 6 RBC had gone up alittle bit, if i remember corretly 47% Now as my question is: Is it possible to decrease RBC, how and what needs to be done.
- I know some people recommend controling the consumption of red meats.
- From my knowlagde it seems logical that as musclemass grows, more oxygen is needed to support new tissue. Since alot of s are into weightlifting the muscles kinda go abit beyound and therefore require more. I do not do pin point cardio, and i could imagine that my bodý is compensation for the need of RBC by increasign blood volume... So by doing some nice cardio, could that help with Heart/lung function and thereby asssit in lowering RBC due to better oxygen transporation from lungs?
- Any advice?
