Refractory Period while on TRT

Thanks. Is 1000 considered supra physiological? That was on 4 pumps of 1.62 androgel.

1000 ng /dl is considered supraphysiological. At least on labs around here. Highest lab level I seen was 930 ng/dl in Canada. The rest of the labs are 760-850 ng/dl.
Not many endos will let you cruise at 1000 ng /dl.
This is also my personal experience with docs. They looked to bring me down to 600 ng dl

The only thing that helps was when I was taking HCG at 500iu e3D which seems to increase semen volume and shorten refractory period. However, it was causing too much e2 conversion. My current hcg is at 300iu e3D

E2 was in the 60s with the higher hcg dose vs 30 at the lower dosage.

good point the lab I use I believe is 800-850. But your right not many docs going to let you run in the 1000 zone
