Requesting a higher trt dose from doctor:

Recent blood levels have pushed me over the edge with UGL. I was taking a relatively high dose of test E, when bloods were taken my levels measured at 1794ng/dl. This number should have been much much higher. I have ceased all UGL AAS and I am not scheduled for trt on Thursday.

Obviously I had an issue with the under-dosing: but that was not the only concern.
-Bacteria
-heavy metals
-trace minerals
-under-dosed/overdoses
-completely different anabolic's in replace of others
-No AAS at all

I also know that this is a longevity goal/lifestyle, though I want to progress with my physique I don't want to hurt myself in anyway.

My main question is will 200mg test be enough to maintain weight and make progression. I have a friend who has a script for 600mg/wk this is obviously from a doctor that works with bodybuilders. But would a 300-400mg dose be reasonable to request from a doctor? Being that I have been using AAS and wanting to make sure I'm on the top end of test range.
-Also would like to know if requesting arimdex and nolva are common upon first meeting.
-Requesting Anavar or nanadrolone? Deca has done wonders for my joints and generally always take a mild dose for that reason.

Thank you for any experiences/insight you can share.

Figured that be a great dose... especially the fact that it was actually 200mg.
I was intrigued to hear that this guy had a script for 600mg!

if he is actually running that high of a dosage he's not going to be able to sustain it.. shits gonna start looking screwy on his bloodwork

Well there is TRT doses - and then there is steroid doses. You are running the line at 200mg a week... your friend's dose of 600mg a week... that's a steroid dose.

200mg a week is pretty hefty and should keep your TT pretty damn high. 100mg a week puts me at 900 TT. While I don't do it - many guys will blast for a bit to higher levels, then cruise back at their standard dose. The guy you know running 600mg a week might be in a world of hurt health wise if he never backs off.

Longevity clinics are far more likely to offer other AAS and even HGH if you have the money. Standard general practice docs however are very unlikely to go beyond an AI/HCG. My doc for example won't prescribe anything but the testosterone as AI's and HCG use are off-label for men.

Seriously doubt a gp will go with var or deca unless you have a wasting disease. You can thank the politicians of the late 90's for that.

.

I am on TRT too and you have nailed all my concerns with UGLs. This is why I just keep researching and then talking myself out of purchasing anything and just sticking with my TRT.

600mg is a blast dose... 200mg per week is a reasonable cruise dose and one that I am on myself. For most guys on here it will keep you well above natural limits but within reason and is plenty to maintain, hell even still grow on in between blasts.

600mg/wk from a doctor? Wtf.

I'm sure his patients love him, but that is practicing dangerous medicine and kinda ruining it for the rest of us.

200mg is more than enough brother... im on 200mg myself..

not to be nosey... just curious.... 200MG... and how do you look (aesthetically) what are your lifting stats?
Whats your Test and Free Test generally at peak?

How do you feel?

Did you start at 200MG or lower?

Sorry not highjacking thread...
