Restart Protocol..HCG and CLOMID..ADVICE

Real quick.. 22.. Used AAS at 17 and suffered head trauma around the same time.. didn't really know anything was wrong.. Got tested recently low TT 279 and low LH..

Thinking about asking my doctor to try restart protocol before TRT

1st Week
500ius Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) EOD
AI - Dosage?

2nd Week
250ius Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) EOD
AI - Dosage?

3rd Week
250ius Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) EOD
AI - Dosage?
Clomid - Dosage?

4th Week
250ius Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) EOD
AI - ?
Clomid - ?

5th Week
AI - ?
Clomid - ?

6th Week
AI - ?
Clomid - ?

7th - 10th Week
AI - ?

Bloodwork week 13 or 14 depending on when drugs are out of the system. Not sure what Aromatase inhibitor (AI) should be dosed at or how I should taper off Clomid and from what dose. Advice and comments would be appreciated.
 
Dosage of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is low. I haven't seen any evidence that indicates that low a dosage of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is effective.

Look at this example. I used it successfully to exit my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and it brought my test levels back to over 1000+ ng/dl.

So your natty test at your age after you quit Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is 1000? Jesus you must be a hell of a man, with great genetics.

For the 17 years prior to starting HRT, it stayed between 900 - 1000 ng/dl and that was 100% natural no drugs at all.

Over a few years I watched it drop off from 900-100 to 579 ng/dl. That is when I started HRT.

That was at 30% decline and I could clearly feel it.

That is me in the avatar taken last summer on my 41st birthday.

Saying I need permission to view that. What should dosage be in ius and ED or EOD? When to start Clomid? 3rd or 4th Week and is 20/20/10/5 good general taper? Should Aromatase inhibitor (AI) be used before Clomid and after?
 
Ok so higher dose of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for only 3 weeks. Whats letro for? And why Serm and AI?

AI is necessary to address the aromatization that will occur as a result of the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) stimulating the Lydig cells and signaling the testes to produce test.

Two SERMs b/c they have been shown to work in a synergistic fashion to increase test production.

This raised your natural test production and stayed up? In other words worked as a restart. I would love just to be in 700 range and stay there steady

Yes. I started it December 5th and my levels are still where they should be as of my last blood draw at the beginning of Feb.
 
I dont mean to hijack the thread but two quick questions for Cash:
Cash, I see you run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) solo before Clomid. Do they compete if you run them together? Also, Is there synergy running Clomid AND Nolva together. I always thought the Nolva was used as an estrogen blocker during post cycle therapy (pct) but I see your running Letro all the way through as an estrogen inhibitor.

HCG will stimulate the Lydig's and hence the testes and that has to come first. Clomid and nolva will not by themselves be effective enough to stimulate the Lydig cells/Testes to produce enough natural test. So, clomid and nolva early on are not really beneficial until the testes are up and running.

However clomid/nolva do help increase test once the Lydig's/testes are functional. That is why I sequenced it this way.

Research show clomid and nolva together do have a synergistic effect and produce a greater overall elevation of test than when used individually or sequentially.

Nolva is not an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). It is a SERM. Its primary function is to bind to estrogen receptors. That effectively blocks estrogen from binding to site specific tissue but it still leaves us with the problem of high estrogen in the blood. That is bad b/c a high blood level of estrogen will signal to the hypothalamus and the pituitary that there is too much test in teh body that is being convert to estrogen. The hypothalamus and pitutary will then halt the production of stimulating hormones like LH and FSH.

If that happens, then we have just rampped up the HTPA only to allow it to crash itself due to estrogen in the feedback loop.

That is exactly what happens to a lot of guys when they come off their steroid cycles and don't do a properly planed PCT.
