Hi

Previous poster and two months into testogel 2 sachets, since moving from 2 sachets all that seems to have increased is estrogen, thryoid still looks iffy and T not all that high.

Have experienced benefits initially with sleep and labido that have warn off. But still her above averagely hard erections...

Opinions on what to do next? Docs fine with moving to diff forms of T (injections) and will discuss Monday at apportionment, not sure what's available in UK bar? Don't want nebido and would like Test Ethnante if possible.

Thanks

The guys in the UK will know for sure, but I think I remember that nebido and sustanon (a blend) are the choices.

Your TT is in range, but really not that high. Judging from your PSA and IGF-1 I take it you're a pretty young guy.

I'm sure you will get more out of TRT if you can get your levels into the "upper quartile"

Pretty common result for the gel's from what I hear. I've never been on them. Switch to injections. Check out BigBen's thread about his experiences getting TRT treatment in the UK, there is a wealth of info there. I'm US based so I have no idea what to tell you to do there. http://www.steroidology.com/forum/t...one-replacement-therapy-trt-log-uk-style.html

Thanks read through the entire posts, interesting to see how nebedo is working, not keen on how long it takes to get settled into a routine though...

His endo is same as mine as far as ignoring Ai and HCG so may end up adding that myself...

Whats the consensus of safety using an AI long term? I guess its better getting into a TRT routine you can manage without an AI... HCG may add the need for such though.

Wondering if i should try a stronger form of Gel...

Idk about consensus, but I'm of the mind that I don't want to take a medicine unless I have to. So far I've been able to avoid using an AI by using smaller amounts more frequently, but I'm taking Enthanate, not Undecanoate. I don't know how that would work with a different ester.

Yeh my thought too and why i want to use enthanate, are you UK based? not sure you can get pescribed that here...

I'm not, I'm in the US. I don't believe Enanthate is available by prescription in the UK. Just Sustanon which is a blend of different esters and Undecanoate.

I'll echo the sentiment of not wanting to have to take anything I don't really need in my TRT regimen and for my an AI is not needed. I'll add that per my reading of others trials, I'm also glad I'm not having to also juggle getting my AI dosage correct while fine tuning my test levels. Quality of life is why I started TRT and suffering with crashed E is not something I want to deal with again.

Thanks for the reply, agreed with what you said. What's your current treatment?
