Results after 6 months on TRT (300mg Test E7d HCG 350 2xweek)

Ok so I just got my blood results from my Dr. Here is my current protocol:

300mg Test Cypionate every 7 days
.5 mg Arimidex once a week, day after pin
350 mg Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) twice a week every 3.5 days
3 ius HGH every other day

Blood Panel Results:

Total Test: 549ng/dl
E2: 40
HDL: 37
LDL: 143
Triglycerides: 210

I know this looks like a lot of test to take, but my total test still seems in the low range. I think the arimidex is skewing my cholesterol numbers. I know this is not optimal, but I don't know how to alter the dosages to get optimal numbers. I'm a little perplexed here and my Dr.(like most Drs) only prescribes the test. I take everything else on my own. Any input wold be greatly appreciated.

You should be at 1800 ng/dl with that dose...
what day away from shot did you go in for blood?

Get labs run 2 days after your injection. Would be interesting to see what your TT and E2 are at for your peak. This might shed some light on what is going on.

Also, how much do you weigh.

Oh... Test seems to worsen your HDL. But it can improve your LDL and Triglycerides IMHO.

I'd keep close eye on that Hemoglobin and HCT at those doses....
as well as ALT, AST, GGT, LDL, HDL

Why Arimidex only once a week? My mate is on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and his endo has him on 1mg per week. I don't understand it. Arimidex has a 46 hour half life. How can once a week be enough?

Can someone shed some light?
