Doctor put me on TRT back in 2012.
The good:
Recover quicker from work outs
increased muscle mass
The bad:
muscle mass increase not as much as expected. Arms went from 15 to 16.5
1RM have not changed significantly compared to before TRT
I don't have a lot of drive. Guess it could be my personality?
Stats:
45yo, 5'8, 185 hovering around 15% BF
Regimen:
400mg cypionate e10d
Arimidex 1ed
At a trough my blood test results indicate 600 testosterone and 69 estrogen.
Macros (cutting diet):
250 Protein
50 Carbs
70 Fat
I have been training on and off for 30 years. In the last three years since starting TRT I train consistently with appropriate breaks. My goal is to end up 7-8%BF with at least 17 inch arms.
Any thoughts ideas are welcome
