Results Everywhere But Chest. Why?

OK so now Im about 5 pins in today is 6 and I am seeing results in my back and especially in my arms Ive already gained a 1/2 inch on then in about 23 days but my pecs which is what I want the most to improve aren't growing at that speed if at all what should I do? And what should I do ESPECIALLY if I don't always have a spotter on chest day? Thanks!
 
what does your chest workout consist of??????????? How are you feeling after the chest workout (what kind of pumps)???? What are your stats?

I do flat, incline, decline, cable flys, weighted seated dips usually 4 sets 6-8 reps I'm usually not too sore if at all but this week when I did chest I thought about crying the next morning when I woke up for some reason not too sure what you mean by what kinda pumps

Genetics man. It really is. My back grows like a fucking monster, but my chest is so flat.

My only advice I could recommend is... stop concentrating so hard on chest. Do strength work outs untill you get your bench up to the 330++++ area. Then start to reconstruct your chest again with all that strength you've gained.
 
....That doesnt make sense to me. Strength workouts like what? How do I get to 330 when I cant do 205 for 2 reps?

he means for your chest workouts, don't focus on higher reps or doing workout-styles that are designed to stress hypertrophy, but instead focus only on building strength for now.

heavy weight x low reps. a few sets. next workout raise the weight. you can use dumbells or the smith if you want to try to push heavy weights and go to failure on chest but don't have a spotter.
 
Ok cool thanks for interpreting. Also another thing though is that I seem to be able to dumbell press more than when I satarted but my bench hasnt moved
