Have you guys ever tried reverse grip pulldowns? I love them. But the only bad thing about them is they do tend to put your wrists in a very unnatural position. So instead of using the straight bar, like many tend to do, go with the Cambbered cable bar attatchment. You know the bar that a lot of folks use for curls and pressdowns. Just attach it to the stack and pull. The cambbered bar eases up pressure on the wrists. Try it next time. You'll love it.
