You need to check estradiol, not total estrogen.

Are you doing 500 I.u 3 times weekly?
Dosing 0.5 mg of adex twice weekly?
Its Estradiol you need to test not estrogen. Like Mega said.

E2 of 18 on the regular assay is too low for most guys. You would probably feel better if you let your E2 come up a bit.

were going to run just the HCG for a bit in hopes the E2 will come up.

I'm increasing hcg to 3000iu 3x ew

3 k I.u. a week HCG is way too much.
The highest doses trt docs I know use no more than 2 k I.u. a week.
Do as you please but imo I would do 500 I.u 3 times a week OR 700 I.u. 3 times a week.
You dont want to take too high a dose especially too long.

TRT clinic?
Adex is a tad much...
Most guys use the lowest dose and work up.

Ok then. Just keep an eye on Estradiol.
The adex is a tad high for my liking.
You did measure Estradiol at a lab that used Roche methadology. I've seen it measured with Siemens Centraur method and there was a difference of significant proportions.

Were going to drop the adex for now. Hopefully all goes well over the next few weeks and then on to the next phase

Don't drop the Adex completely. You need some to control the aromatization that HCG causes.

I'll ask them about this. What would you recommend the adex be dosed at?

Also, the new protocol with be 2500ius ew rather than 3000.

Your "new" HCG protocol is still about 1500-2000 IUs more than virtually every guy on TRT takes...

**Edit** - Nevermind.. maybe. I mis-read. Guess this is HCG only treatment. Still seems high.
