Ridiculously high metabolism

Hey guys, I'm posting this thread cause I'm starting to worry now. I used to have a lot of free time and had the possibility to eat all the time and even then I had trouble maintaining my weight at like 185 but now I have this new job and new responsibilities and simply cannot be eating a meal every 2 hours or so. The amount of food that I have to eat in order to just maintain my weight is absolutely ridiculous, so much so that I'm starting to wonder If I have some sort of disease...

Any of you guys might know what it is or tips to slow down metabolism or anything!?? thanks...
 
I bet you're not eating as many calories as you think. Start tracking what you eat in detail for a couple of weeks and then report back.
 
if you actually put everything into a calorie counter you will see that your not getting the calories you need chances are
 
dont try to slow your metabolism

also you must eat throughout the day to avoid from being catabolic , you cant have it both ways , if you want to gain size you must figure creative way to get some meals in every few hours

long periods of not eating will make u catabolic vs anabolic
 
I'm a nutritionist I know exactly how many calories every food I eat contains, how many grams of fat protein carbs. Right now I am eating a pretty calorie rich meal every 2-3 hour and it is a struggle to maintain my weight. I might have a condition or an illness.. I don't know, If I compare to most guys my age and size, they eat about half what I eat in a day...
