I have a painless Right Spermatic Cord Legion/Lump. Had it checked out by a doctor at the Veterans Affairs Clinic. I am in the military.
I am getting a Ultrasound August 3rd, in 2 more days.
It can either be a cyst, tumor, or cancerous. The other option is a type of cele(hernia/swelling). However, I have none of the symptoms of the related harnias for that region.
Also, no symptoms of testicular torsion.
Seems like most instances of spermatic cord legions end up with orchiectomy(removal of testicle).
If I have to end up haveing my right testical removed, will I have to be on some sort of Testosterone Replacement Therapy? More than likely prescribed?
If it is a cyst, tumor, or cancer, this is usually followed up with full upper body scans also.
I noticed the lump about 4 months ago. It has not grown any larger. But it did grow in order for me to notice it. I am still doing research.
Hope I posted this in the right section.
