as if having a left triceps tendonitis wasn't bad enough, now I have a right wrist tendonitis.
basically, i can't turn my hand for a biceps curl and not sure yet how it reacts with presses.
apparently, the only thing I can do without pain are pulling workouts, ie back workouts.
i'm having my wrist deep tissue massaged this sunday and see how that goes.
sucks really
