Thanks. If i could ever drag my big ass outta my warm bed in the morning (and away from my naked wife) and do some AM cardio, I'd prolly really drop off the fat!! lol

At least I'm getting in plenty nightly cardio. :doggy:

hell maybe you should stay in bed in the mornin and get a little extra cardio too, unless your like me I can't even get warmed up anymore hell thought I pulled a muscle the other night 90 seconds in
 
Well, i was a bit sick this weekend so i didn't update this thing.

Got on the scale Thursday and was actually up a cpl pounds??? Mostly water it appeared so I'm not sure. I did miss a couple meals this weekend due to not feeling well, but I'm back in action today. Making a conscious effort to push the cardio starting this week as I feel my diet discipline is back.

OK, so an update is in order i guess. I'm skipping Back day today as I have a dinner to attend with my wife for her work.

Since i started this diet I am down ~10lbs in four weeks. Abs are starting to show, vascularity in the arms and teardrops and lower lats popping when pumped. And thats with me being a lazy ass with cardio.

Overall feeling very good about the carb cycle like always, even though this one is a little different.


That's great progress, especially for for not doing AM cardio!
I'm envious, wish I could drop that quick :(
