Son, forget about steroid for a few years and eat like a monster and lift heavy.
 
Good luck with that! Maybe you should research a DIET! And forget about aas until youre old enough and have a natural base to work with, not to mention once again a bit of knowledge on how to eat

I'm very young, and unlike most people on here, i'm pretty tall for my young age. I understand i might have more growing to do, to reach my desired height of 6 ft 3. However, so steroids have caught my attention: Winstrol and D Bol. I know D Bol is strong, but i was wondering what health supporting supplements i can take whilst i'm on my cycle (whether its D bol or winstrol) of taking a few MG once per week. I also have heard about Decca, and might try that. But at this very moment, i'm looking to increase muscle mass through months to reach 290 pounds, then adding bone density size with HGH (maybe).

My body size is pretty naturally genetically gifted with broad shoulders, quite a built chest for a 140 pounder and a height of 6 ft 1 (and still growing). I'm also almost on the vurge of being lean, i consider my BF% around 13% / 14%. Although, when i do knee ups my abs slightly come out.

This is my first thread post, and am looking for some help on how to gain huge muscle and size, and yes i have did my research on this but i just want some extra help just in case. No rude comments.

Food. You need to learn to love to eat food, and lots of it if you seriously want to grow. I don't mean 10kcals of Mcdonald's, but big ass bowls of brown rice and tuna with a half gallon of water to wash it all down. Being tall with a big frame does not somehow mean you are able to use AAS and bypass the fact that you need to eat. Being 140lbs at 6'1", tells me that you're not doing this, well - not enough to grow. Taking AAS at a young age will only cause problems for you later on and you need to build up that frame naturally (you are ALREADY on nature's AAS thanks to puberty). Once you're done developing you can move onto the next step which may include the implementation of anabolic compounds.

Just so you don't think I'm full of crap, and that I know exactly where you're coming from, I can tell you that I was 6'7" and 280 by senior year in High School with a bodyfat of 12% WITHOUT the use of any AAS. I had to work harder than many of my friends that were taking AAS and trust me, being taller is actually a DISADVANTAGE as we have a much greater range of motion required for many exercises, and we don't get "swole" nearly as easily since we have longer muscles. I was in the gym 3 hours a day and ALWAYS had some sort of foodstuff at my fingertips. You have a long road ahead of you if you seriously want to reach that goal weight, especially if you want it to all be lean mass. If you are able to maintain a really solid lifting regimen and diet, you WILL start to see gains, I promise. Once you've gone as far as you can naturally, you *might* then be ready to go beyond with the aid of AAS. NOT BEFORE.

I'm feeling pretty mellow today, so I won't blast you for being so cocky in stating that you've done all your research (you haven't) and expect no "rude comments". If you had done your research, you would know that what I have typed above is the ONLY viable method for you to move forward with your goals, and that taking two orals along with deca is a recipe for a broken dick and non-functioning balls. Sure, you might get lucky and not suffer any permanent damage, but if you spend any serious time reading here, you'll know it does catch up to you eventually.

Jebus these threads are popping up daily with young lil idiots thinkin aas is the only way to gain weight. Cuz in their lil minds diet has nothing to do with anything lmao
 
check it out brother...drink a gallon on milk a day, do NOTHING but squat, press and deadlift till you puke and achieve at least a 1000lb combined and then come back and ask the question. You got to get strong first my man.

Had the size, but not the skills or heart to be honest. I gave up on ball after a minor injury pre-season so I could focus on lifting and chasing all the skirts. I had an opportunity to try out for a few universities, but was dumb and declined them so I could take a "year off" from school. The stupid shit we do as kids man, of course now it's all 20/20 in hindsight haha.

Same! Now it just gives me the shits and bad gas lol. Almond milk ftw! :D
