I ended up with some pretty bad acne after my last cycle. Mostly body, not much on the face at all. Tren seemed to be the cause. With summer comming up I started loking for a solution.

Step one was to start taking B5. I bought some powder from a skin company and also some tabs since they are easy to carry.

The recomended dose was 10g ED for 30 days and then a maintenence dose of 2500mg.

RIght off the bat I noticed incrased breakouts. Increased energy and some sleeplessness at night.

It's been 4.5 days now Acne is already improving but it qwas weird when it initially got worse.

Yesterday I started using oxy soap. It's expensive but hopfully pays off.

I haven't started tanning yet. THat always helps.

Cruising on 250mg, LOL

nice!

So, the b5 helps? 10g seems like a massive dose. I started a melatonan II cycle...about two days in...my acne looked 5 times worse. I almost stopped but i didn't. I'm just going to keep shooting the mel and take showers more regularly and hope it sorts itself out.

panoxyl soap helped me a lot. however, i genetically always had greasy oily skin so i went with a cycle of accutane and now i never get acne... I tried the b5 butafter the 800th pill i couldnt handle all the times. GL.

Did you use the accutane while on a cycle? I've always got the oily skin, i knew my acne would get worse while on. How long did you have to use the accutane for?

yeah ive used it on cycle. i used it for 6 months... ive been off for two weeks and im on test and dbol -- which is usually an acne disaster for me, but im pretty clear. I still use panoxyl soap... IF the acne comes back you are supposed to take another light cycle and that should clear it up for good.

The powder is easy. 1 tsp 3x a day.

Isn't accutane liver toxic and can cause halucinations or something like that?

Sleep is getting better.

Energy is really high. I have energy from the time I get up to the time I go to be.

Skin is improving slow.

B5 has not given me diarea, even at 10g but it gives me gas, lots of it. But I do seem to be taking more dunps than normal.

My acne derm told me Oxy is horrible for your acne...I was going to go with b5 but I'm thinking about just hoping on accutane for a while. However, my acne isn't that bad - my acne scars are fucking bad. I got black/red dots all over my shoulders and was told that there is nothing I can do about it except hope that it will fade over time. It sucks. Just a lesson to take care of acne before it gets outta control

Lucky, MTII will usually darken any spots/acne you have while your own, for most it goes away after.

WHy is oxy bad? It seems to be helping.

THe active acne is subsiding but I think I let it go to long. I have red spots where it was. THe acne I go tthis time in my life was from tren and it wasn't the whithead type. ALot of it semed to be more cyst type under the skin.

Is ther anything you can do to get rid of the redness.

The really red dots still have a hard lump you can feel under the skin. tHe browner ones seem to just be smooth discolotred skin where they were.

Still haven't jumped in a tanning booth.

after a few weeks of chugging b5 tablets i gave up. it produced no results even at 10g a day and all the pills were irritating my esophagus.

I do'nt know why it's bad, it was just on a list of things he gave me and said not to use. I noticed it helping a little as well.

I'm the exact same boat as you right now with the red/brown marks - I was told that there is absolutely nothing I can do, tanning will make it worse and I can only hope that they fade with time...This was from an acne specialist.

I don't really like the guy, so I'm going tanning this week to find out anyways. lol

Tanning should help the rest ofthe acne. The reason he says taning will make the marks worse is that scars hyperpermiate in the sun but what he's not telling you is UV rays cause skin regeneration and healing. Double edged sword.

yo, i took four doses of mtII at 1mg a day...my fucking shoulders speckled-up so quick I had to quit the mtII. I tanned a little the last couple days...tanning def helps imo, natural tanning that is all i have experience with.

Prascion cleanser is one of the best for your face, shoulders, & back area.

Google it.

Also, you can use a topical gel called Duac. It works wonders for your face and gives you tight skin.

For a lotion, if you want one, you should try Kinerase lotion.

All of this will cost you around $220, but it's worth it.
