I've been lifting for over 10 years. I'm 39, 167 lbs, 5'10" and six weeks into a lean and clean diet. I've dropped from 181 to 167 and have decreased my body fat. I've been contemplating a cycle for awhile now as I am a slow gainer and would really like to add size/mass, but still unsure as I worry about safety and health issues. I'm very much on the fence here and not sure if I should stay natural or bite the bullet. If I do in fact try a cycle, I cannot do needles as it would have to be oral only. Is it even worth considering?
