Rookie (kind of) on Atkins

Whats up guys. Im new to this forum and hopefully can get some guidance. I use to be a personal trainer and did several steroids in the past, but have been out of the loop for over 8 years. I recently started working out again and begun roiding. The issue and questions that I have is with my diet. I had gained several pounds and was at 230 prior to working out. I started the Atkins diet and I’m down to 198 now. I started with Winstrol and Trembolone yesterday.
Should I incorporate carbs again into my diet? Im afraid that my body might be shocked since I haven’t had any carbs for almost 2 months now.
If so, any suggestions to the intake?
Im 33 yrs old. 5’11 198 lbs

So at this point ur a male with no test and high eatrogen in your system. Your the equivelent of a woman.

Who told u to run tren and Winstrol (winny)? Every cycle has to have test in it

Damn bro, you should have done some research before you started your tren/winny cycle.
IMO get off the shit right now and get on HCG/Nolva/Clomid.
