rookie who needs to burn

i am currently 213 pounds at 5'9. i have been lifting for 8 years now and i am on a strict diet (made by my coach who was a body builder). i am currently trying to cut down to about 185-190. heres the catch and i know you guys are going to hate. im only 18 but i have realized i have reached my potential of losing fat. i just wanted to do 1 cycle of clen and see how it goes. yes i have been researching this long and hard. just looking for some tips? thanks
 
yes my dad started me early not the smartest choice considering it stunned my growth in height... and it wasnt like harsh training when i was ten it was just the simple stuff that we had in the garage i didnt start "actual training" until i was 11 and joined the weight club at my school
 
Sounds like your coach has you on some serious bulking diet my friend. A change in diet is all you need. I'd scour the diet section like a madman on a mission and soak up as much as you can. If you REALLY want to get results, I'd look into hiring 3J (moderator of the diet section) as he'll make a new man out of you. ;)
 
he does not have me on a bulking diet i used to be 240 i was a left tackle for my football team i have lost that much weight and i think i have reached my threshold the diet is for cutting, he is a doctor and former body builder.

Wow, your coach is a doctor AND a former bodybuilder? How long have you been trying to lose weight? 27lbs is NOT a plateau by any means unless the remainder is all lean body mass, which is doubtful. I still think you should look at the diet section as clen won't do anything for you without a proper diet - aside from possibly giving you a heart murmur. ;)
 
yes he is a chiropractor and won multiple titles in virginia and all that jazz and i could post my diet so you can see what i mean but now looking at it, it seems to be a cutting/building diet so i dont lose my muscle mass. and yes it seems to be a plateau for me ive been stuck here for the past month... and i have been trying to cut since jan. and i figure out that i am at 17% body fat which is 36 lbs of fat and 180-185 of lean muscle left over. also i looked at 3js thread i do not like the advice he is giving and i am not going to pay someone that i have never met and give me a diet when they no me no better than barack obama does. i am willing to tell you my diet and see if it is suitable or if there needs to be some tweeks, plus remember i only want to do this for one cycle.(i do not have an addictive personality trust me and i have thought long and hard)
