Routine Help.......Adding Lifts

I really know shit about routines so I figured I'd post what I usually do in a week for critique. My first question is to ask where in the days you would put power cleans, clean+press, snatches (never done these but would like to start). I started doing my clean and press on leg day with shoulders but not really sure about the rest. If I have to add another day thats fine. Any advice is appreciated.

For reps I usually do 3x8, excluding light warmups. Never had a problem with overtraining/recovery time as of yet. If possible I'd like to try and keep the exercises I have with the addition of the new ones; other than that you can mix and match as you please. Thnx

is current routine working for you?
if so, stick with it..

if not....switch up sets/reps or check out some of the routines in the stickies

Somewhat. But I think adding these into my weekly routine would help a lot more.

Any advice from the PLing mods about how to incorporate them?

powerlifters dont do cleans and snatches normally. not much of a carry over to the three main pling lifts.

as far as your routine its a bit much. keep it simple for starters. plus you need at least 72 hours between deads and squats or do them the same day.

there are several routines already posted that are good to go with no changes, pick one and have at it.

I think you are doing too much. A couple of suggestions.

On bench day, don't do both incline and decline, alternate between them week to week. I would do only one tricept exercise, but at the most two. I also like to do shoulders on bench day. You are working tris and delts when you are benching anyway, so if you do it on the same day you have more recovery time. Every three weeks or so, I might do a separate shoulder workout.

This of course is just my opinion. And it is the view of a pl lifter rather than a bb, which it appears you are.

So where would you add clean+press in there/ how would you arrange things so I'm not overworking or doing conflicting bodyparts to closely?

Probably a noobish question but I'll ask it anyways. Is it still overtraining if I work a bodypart into the ground but give it adaquate, like 6-7 days rest, time off? I always thought it was defined as recovery time in between, not the amount of work done during.
