RUI? Any issues with ordering lately?

Anybody had any problems lately ordering from RUI? I've ordered twice from them without issue, now all of a sudden there seems to be a problem with my credit card going through. Says my CC company may be blocking it. BTW, no problem with my CC, turned right around and ordered something from Amazon with no problems. I did notice something about a small transaction fee for ordering from China....????? WTF? Just checking before I push it. Thanks.

UPDATE! PM'd the RUI rep on here. Looks like since the last time I ordered from them they've moved the credit card portion of their operation to an "off-shore" location, and apparently some CC companies don't like that. Things that make you go hmmm. Anyway, tried another credit card and the order went through okay. Your mileage may vary.
