Hey bro - chill and see how things play out before you start slinging crap at a sponsor. Also get your expectations in line as well. Shit happens. Your lucky it happened with them - prob the only company I know that will make things right if they were wrong. Doesnt look like they did anything wrong though.

ummm you must have some source of mental issue (and i really don't mean that as an offence).

here is an eg:
i ordered a bunch of sups once.... postal serivce says it was delivered and it was not.. i got nothing..... end of story.
NOTHING to do with where i bought it.

this was out of over 50 orders, and is VERY rare, but it CAN happen!

no they don't carry clen "lol".... so unless you can prove they lost it you cant do anything and that HAS NOTHING to do with RUI!

But this wasnt my 50th order, it was my first, so your opinion works based on the services and experiences you recieved. In all forms of business you have to work with the customer from start to finish. For instance, when i worked for a company that sold testing standards for mass spec, gc/ms we had to deal with the shipping failures (ie ups smashing the hell out of all the ampules) and same goes for any other company I worked for. Bottom line is the customer did not recieve nor get the product or services they paid for, and we try to find a way to appease the customer to keep their business, as long as the mediation isnt a big loss to the company. I know I'm one customer out of many with one small order but I do buy a lot and I do promote good sites at my gyms via word of mouth, and I do buy in bulk sometimes because my coworkers purchase as well IE 500 dollars or more per month depending on what you offer. And while I respect your opinion I still disagree and am entitled to mine. I am still following up with usps, and will call later to see what their investigation found.

I once received damaged product from rui. USPS obviously stepped on it causing the bottles to leak all over. RUI replaced every bottle.

The tracking says delivered and you say it's not. Sounds like a scam to me.

I am waiting. I called the usps today and they said allow at least 24 hours. The person on the 800 number said someone would call me today by 5 pm. No call, so I will have to call again tomorrow. More then likely I'm never getting my product. I may try lab pe on my next pay period, but only if they do signature upon receipt shipping. If not, no biggie, i have a local vendor for other research products, but he is a good two hours away. I just was curious about this whole peptide thing. I appreciate all your responses and opinions on the matter. Regards....
