Rui special Sales, Wouldn't accept my order

Hey has anyone had trouble ordering from RUI Today? I have placed past orders with no problem, Today was very frustrating trying to order, There system kept telling me my credit card billing address was different from the address they had on file. I could see that they both matched up perfectly. Still wouldn't go through. I dicked around with it and they never did accept my order. I guess iam just venting
 
Did you message/email them before posting here?

Also, there's a RUI rep on these forums, readily identifiable as he posts all the RUI Sales emails....did you contact him either?\

Just that when you don't go through the correct channels first, you're leading yourself up for problems
 
I ordered without a hitch, though I did notice that the "Welcome xxxx" near the login button was showing me the names of other random customers. My address data was fine though.
 
Yes, I contacted customer service and also sent pm to rui rep. I have not heard back from the company yet. I figured running a 1-2 hour sale would overload there system, causing some glitches.

Just placed an order went through with no issues.

I had an issue before with my cart not refreshing so it would never update and costumer service had me clear my temp Internet files and cookies after i did that everything worked fine.

Give that a try
 
I am having the same problem. Every time I hit submit it says gateway error. I have tried clearing cookie and cache, that did not work. Haven't heard back from RUI either
 
Well i have sent 3 e- mails to RUI customer service 24 hrs ago and still no response. Usually there customer service is very fast, All i am trying to do is place an order to buy there products,
 
Yeah, I'm sure they might be slammed from cyber monday!

The customer service is great... they'll take care of you.
